Warner Bros. has sued Mirchi Movies, a production house for using the name 'Hari Puttar' for a film. 'Hari Puttar' is a comedy movie which is going to release somewhere in September, which has no relation with Harry Potter.
This movie is NOT a spoof of Harry Potter, and it has no relation with Harry Potter at all. Anyway, since 'Hari Puttar' name is very commonly used in spoofs of Harry Potter, WB has sued the production company.
So, lets see what happens next, will WB win this case or not.
